Default Annoying pop-ups
Is there a way to disable the skill description that pops up whenever you mouse-over a skill on your hot bar?? If I didn't know what it was I wouldn't be clicking on it. I couldn't find a way on the customize menu, can it be done?

Or at least change the delay for the popup to show. It seems pretty fast now.

Agreed. That and a way to take off the levels/proff of players when you hit a town. thats really annoying as well.

actually i find that to be enormusly useful

Its the simple things in games that make it enjoyable, something guild wars needs to work on at times.
